All our classes are suitable for men and women alike and exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness.
BADMINTON Pay and play badminton. Bring your own equipment or borrow ours.
PILATES STRETCH The perfect class if you are in need of a good stretch but also want to focus on those all important core muscles. End the week feeling toned, stretched and relaxed!

YOGALATES Take the strength and flexibility exercises of a Yoga class and combine them with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates. The Tuesday morning invigorating class will work your entire body with a focus on core strength and flexibility. The Wednesday night class is geared towards core strengthening, balance and relaxation. Wind down and release the tension accumulated during the day.
KETTLEBELL: A cast-iron ball with a handle for easy gripping. A great training device for men and women of all shapes and sizes; it helps build balance, agility, muscle endurance, strength, power and cardio endurance.
SPINNING: An awesome indoor cycling workout on stationary bikes that provides all the terrain you need – hills, climbs, flats and much more! A great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance.
TRX: A suspension strap system that leverages gravity & your body weight to perform varied exercises that build power & increase strength, flexibility, balance & mobility. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself.
