For people monitoring their weight: using bioelectrical impedance analysis scales, which give you an accurate breakdown of your body composition: muscle mass, fat mass, hydration levels, BMI, etc. You will get a clearer picture of how your body is changing

Circuit Fitness

Different exercises working around a circuit for a fixed time. Your fitness levels will improve quickly as you work all major muscle groups, heart and lungs – a great overall workout using fitballs, weights, medicine balls, TRX and more!

Yogalates with TRX & foam rollers

Yogalates takes the strength and flexibility exercises of a Yoga class and combines them with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates. With the addition of TRX exercises and foam rollers, this invigorating class will work your entire body with a focus on core strength and flexibility

9.30-10.30am

Kids Dancersize

** STARTS 5 MARCH 2019** An energising and fun dance-based class aimed at children age 6-13.

Adults Dancersize

** STARTS 5 MARCH 2019** A dance-based aerobic fitness class. An energising and fun workout for all levels of fitness (no dance experience required!)

6-7pm

Spinning & Body conditioning

Body conditioning with weights (focusing on all main muscle groups) and abs for the first half hour followed by a great spinning workout. Tone up, improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness all in one session.

 6.30-7.30pm

Insane Mix with trampoline

The ultimate workouk to tone the whole body and improve cardiovascular fitness: based on the Insanity class format, with the addition of trampoLEAN fitness, barbell, kettlebell, crazy core, high intensity training, aerobics, TRX suspension training, boot camp – all in one class. Fantastic session as soon onto the next exercise: time flies!

TrampoLEAN & DrumFit

TrampoLEAN is a low impact cardiovascular workout which will leave you feeling revitalised. Not only does it help with weight loss, but it also contributes to an improved balance, lymphatic function, reduces stress levels and stimulates the metabolism, amongst many other health benefits. DrumFit using fitballs & wooden drum sticks: drum to the music, working upper and lower body to great tunes as well as challenging your coordination! A great workout for the brain and body

6.15-7pm

Yogalates

Yoga and Pilates exercises combined for a whole body workout. This session is geared towards strengthening of the core, balance and relaxation. Wind down and release the tension accumulated during the day

7.00-8.00pm

Gym Fit with TRX

A multi-functional class focusing on getting results and quickly. It involves circuit-based group work activities using a dynamic range of cardiovascular equipment teamed up with the most effective moves on the TRX suspension training system

9.15-10.00am

Stretch, flex and roll

The perfect class to stretch those hard worked muscles, improve your range of movement and relax. Stretches are performed alternatively without equipment and with foam rollers for a deeper muscle stretch. From gentle stretches to those further to reach muscles stretches. You can stretch as much or little as needed but you will feel the difference!

10.00-10.45am

Junior Boxfit

Age 7+ using boxing pads, gloves, standing punch bag.  All the skills & fitness of boxing to give you that fighting spirit!  4.30-5.30pm

Spinning and Boxfit

Give your cardiovascular fitness a boost and tone up at the same time: enjoy the thrill of the ride on our indoor cycles and off with a low impact, high-energy workout with an emphasis placed on boxing

6.30-7.30pm

Fitness Classes – What Are They ?

All our classes are suitable for men and women alike and exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness

BADMINTON  Pay and play badminton. Bring your own equipment or borrow ours.

CIRCUIT FITNESS  A hugely popular class, a great way to meet people whilst getting a varied workout. A mix of high/low impact cardiovascular stations and toning exercises which makes it an excellent class for all! All over body workout for tone, strength, endurance, heart and lungs.

DANCERSIZE  A dance-based aerobic fitness class. An energising and fun workout for all levels of fitness (no dance experience required!).

DRUMFIT, SPINNING, TRAMPOLINE & ABS  Think of the cardiovascular benefits of spinning, the low-impact cardio exercises on trampolines and add to that a kettlebell workout targeting muscular fitness, coordination and balance… and for even more fun, drumFit! An invigorating class to finish the week in style.

GYM FIT WITH TRX   A multi-functional class focused on getting results quickly. It involves circuit-based group work activities using a dynamic range of cardio-vascular equipment teamed up with the most effective moves on the TRX.

INSANE MIX WITH TRAMPOLINE  The ultimate workout to tone the whole body and improve cardiovascular fitness: based on the Insanity  class format, with the addition of barbell, kettlebell, crazy core, high intensity training, aerobics, TRX suspension training, bootcamp and TrampoLEAN fitness – all in one class. KETTLEBELL  A cast-iron ball with a handle for easy gripping. A great training device for men and women of all shapes and sizes; it helps build balance, agility, muscle endurance, strength, power and cardio endurance. The kettlebells come in a range of weights, making them suitable for all strength and fitness levels.

STRETCH, FLEX & ROLL   The perfect class to stretch those hard worked muscles, improve your range of movement and also relax. Stretches are performed alternatively without equipment and with foam rollers for a deeper stretch. From gentle stretches to those further to reach muscles stretches. You can stretch as much or little as needed but you will feel the difference!

TrampoLEAN & DrumFit  TrampoLEAN is a low impact cardiovascular workout which will leave you feeling revitalised. Junior Classes

JUNIOR BOXFIT  For children age 7+ using boxing pads, gloves, standing punch bag.  All the skills & fitness of boxing to give you that fighting spirit!

KIDS DANCERSIZE  An energising and fun dance-based class aimed at children age 6-13.

TENNIS COACHING  For beginners or advanced squad training with qualified Lawn Tennis Coach (see Tennis section for further details).
