Courtside Cottages are set in the magnificent grounds of Hunmanby Hall.
The forty acres of land offer spectacular views over Bempton Cliffs & the North East Coastline.

	COURTSIDE COTTAGE 3 Bedrooms, sleeping from 2 to 7 people. Centrally heated throughout. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Comfortable lounge furnished to the highest standards & dining room. Downstairs toilet. Colour TV, DVD player and video. Upstairs shower room with WC & basin. Bedroom 1 : king size bed, en-suite toilet, basin & bath. Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 : 3 single beds. New utility room with washer and dryer - please note, laundry facilities on electric meter. Bed linen is supplied (but not towels) Private walled garden at rear, walled lawn at front. Fully fitted kitchen including microwave, electric hob & oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Open plan dining area & very comfortable lounge. Colour TV & DVD player. Downstairs bedroom: 2 single beds & en-suite toilet, basin & bath with shower attachment. Spiral staircase leading to gallery landing. Master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite with toilet, basin and separate shower. Bed linen is supplied (but not towels) New utility room with washer and dryer - please note, laundry facilities on electric meter. Paved patio at front with table, chairs. BBQ available, private parking. Courtside Studio is a no smoking establishment. Sorry - no dogs allowed.
