Spinning, TRX & kettlebell

A mixture of indoor cycling workouts on stationary bikes and exercises using the suspension training straps and kettlebells: total body blast!

Pilates Stretch

Stretching is a very important part of anyone’s training but also helps with daily activities. Combined with the Pilates method, your core strength will improve and you’ll notice your abs looking and feeling more toned

Weekly Weigh In 

For people monitoring their weight: using bioelectrical impedance analysis scales, which give you an accurate breakdown of your body composition: muscle mass, fat mass, hydration levels, BMI, etc. You will get a clearer picture of how your body is changing

A circuit style HIIT class to develop cardiovascular fitness whilst losing fat and building muscle

Yogalates 

Yogalates takes the strength and flexibility exercises of a Yoga class and combines them with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates. This invigorating class will work your entire body with a focus on core strength and flexibility

9.15-10.15am

Spinning, Kettlebell & Core

Give your cardiovascular fitness a boost on our indoor cycles and challenge your body by using kettlebells to build strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility. Emphasis will also be placed on stomach exercises

 6.30-7.30pm

Bootcamp (Go at your own pace)

The ultimate workout to tone the whole body and improve cardiovascular fitness: based on the Insanity class format, with the addition of trampoLEAN Fitness, barbell, kettlebell, crazy core, high intensity training, TRX suspension training – all in one class

9.15-10.15am

Yogalates

Yoga and Pilates exercises combined for a whole body workout. This session is geared towards strengthening of the core, balance and relaxation. Wind down and release the tension accumulated during the day

6.30-7.30pm

Sports Hall Fitness Circuit

A new spin on our previous gym fit class: this time the class will take place in our massive hall, using cardio equipment, fixed and free weights. You’ll go through a variety of exercises, never staying too long on the same workout. Ideal if you like to be constantly on the move!

9.15-10am

Strength & Tone

A fantastic workout focusing on all muscle groups and using different equipment each week. The perfect mix to keep you going and improve your overall strength.

All our classes are suitable for men and women alike and exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness.

BADMINTON  Pay and play badminton. Bring your own equipment or borrow ours.

KETTLEBELL:  A cast-iron ball with a handle for easy gripping. A great training device for men and women of all shapes and sizes; it helps build balance, agility, muscle endurance, strength, power and cardio endurance.

SPINNING:  An awesome indoor cycling workout on stationary bikes that provides all the terrain you need – hills, climbs, flats and much more! A great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance.

TRX:  A suspension strap system that leverages gravity & your body weight to perform varied exercises that build power & increase strength, flexibility, balance & mobility. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself.
