[Yogalates takes the strength and flexibility exercises of a Yoga class and combines them with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates. This invigorating class will work your entire body with a focus on core strength and flexibility]

Ladies Transformation Club

A 13-week transformation of health and wellbeing programme incorporating training in classes or working out in the gym (or combination of both). To promote wellbeing, stop obsessions and promote healthy eating and exercising within your lifestyle. Get your mojo back and make YOU a priority in life. (2 sessions a week)

A 45 minute spinning session with core workout.

6.15-7pm

Yogalates

Yoga and Pilates exercises combined for a whole body workout. This session is geared towards strengthening of the core, balance and relaxation. Wind down and release the tension accumulated during the day

7-8pm

Walk & Stretch

Join our friendly walking and mobility fitness group. With interval walking sections (and recovery periods) around our 1.1 mile parkland trail and mobility & stretching exercises at various points. Suitable for all levels – your speed of walking won’t matter!

9.15-10am

Body Pump Circuit

With weights/barbells and body weight exercises.

6.15-7.10pm

The perfect class if you are in need of a good stretch but also want to focus on those all important core muscles. End the week feeling toned, stretched and relaxed.

Fitness Classes – What Are They ?

All our classes are suitable for men and women alike and exercises can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness.

BADMINTON  Pay and play badminton. Bring your own equipment or borrow ours.

BOOTCAMP   The ultimate workout to tone the whole body & improve cardiovascular fitness: based on the Insanity class format, with the addition of trampoLEAN fitness, barbell, kettlebell*, crazy core, high intensity training, aerobic, TRX suspension training – all in one class.

CIRCUIT & SPIN  A circuit style HIIT class to develop cardiovascular fitness whilst losing fat and building muscle, followed by a spinning workout.

PILATES STRETCH  The perfect class if you are in need of a good stretch but also want to focus on those all important core muscles. End the week feeling toned, stretched and relaxed!

The Tuesday morning invigorating class will work your entire body with a focus on core strength and flexibility. The Wednesday night class is geared towards core strengthening, balance and relaxation. Wind down and release the tension accumulated during the day.

KETTLEBELL:  A cast-iron ball with a handle for easy gripping. A great training device for men and women of all shapes and sizes; it helps build balance, agility, muscle endurance, strength, power and cardio endurance.

SPINNING:  An awesome indoor cycling workout on stationary bikes that provides all the terrain you need – hills, climbs, flats and much more! A great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance.

TRX:  A suspension strap system that leverages gravity & your body weight to perform varied exercises that build power & increase strength, flexibility, balance & mobility. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself.
